From complete beginner to professional fighter, come sharpen your skills and take your game to the next level.
Kid's Mixed Martial Arts and BJJ
These classes are designed to teach your child discipline, goal setting and good work ethics using Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a vehicle. Coordination, timing, balance, flexability and endurance are all attributes that are developed while learning MMA and BJJ. As well as improving self confidence, your child will also learn great self defense.
Capoeira
Capoeira is a Brazilian Martial art form which combines fight, self defence, dance, rhythm and movement. Capoeira is a dialog between players - a conversation through movement which can take on many shades of meaning. Capoeira is the ultimate body workout, great for men, woman and kids. It icreases strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. It is great for stress relieve, develop respect, descipline and ability to focus. Classes are tough by Instructor Pike from International Group of Capoeira Topazio.
Yoga
The yoga classes, which are designed for all levels of students, emphasize the union of mindful movement with the breath as well as proper alignment in the asanas (poses). These classes will help you build balance, flexibility, strength, stamina, concentration and focus. Restore peace and tranquility by releasing tension and stress.
Women's Martial Arts
The womans program is specially designed to give women a class of their own where they can learn Boxing / Thai Boxing/ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kali (weapons training) in a safe fun enviroment. As well as getting you in great shape you will also learn real world self defense skills that will give you the edge you need if you find yourself in a dangerous situation.
