Women’s Self Defense
Empower yourself through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts and achieve your fitness goals while learn the fundamentals of self defense . Our co-ed friendly classes allow you to train in a safe learning environment as you gain confidence, strength, and the ability to defend yourself in threatening situations.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - All Levels and Fundamentals
These classes are open to all adult students (over the age of 16) studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students will learn a range of fundamental to advanced BJJ training techniques. The deliberate mixing of belts allows beginner students to gain hands on fundamentals training with the advanced students and, in turn, the advanced students gain suitable training partners to polish their fundamentals and test new, advanced techniques.
The structure of the class is comprised around a warm-up, a lesson in technique, partner training, and sparring (all levels) to practice their overall BJJ.
Muay Thai
This class open to all adult students (over the age of 16) studying Muay Thai. Students will learn the fundamentals of fundamentals of Muay Thai including striking form and combinations, defensive postures and counters, and basic training techniques.
The structure of the class is comprised around a warm-up, lessons in technique, and partner training to practice the Muay Thai techniques from the lesson.
Mixed Martial Arts - No Gi and Boxing
These class are open to all adult students (over the age of 16) looking to learn Mixed Martial Arts. Students will learn the fundamentals of no-gi BJJ, boxing, and basic training techniques.
The structure of the class is comprised around a warm-up, a lesson in technique, partner training, and sparring to practice your overall skills.
